With a challenging route featuring over 2,400 feet of elevation, Paula put in a fantastic performance, finishing 7th female overall and taking the win in her age category. To start the report, we bring attention to the fabulous triathletes within our club, as they had their final hurrah of 2026, weekend 19th/20th September. Mike Caine reports - This weekend was the last Tri Championship Race of 2026, where 9 Burnden Members took part in the Wilmslow Sprint Triathlon. The event is slightly longer than most sprint events. It started with a standard 16 lengths of Wilmslow Leisure Centre pool, and then the athletes transitioned to the bike leg for
