Burnden Road Runners has competed in the Central Lancs Grand Prix for many years. A great opportunity to run locally at some great events staged by our neighbouring clubs. As part of the league Burnden stage the Trotters 5 mile Community Trail Run.
In 2024 there are 12 races in the Grand Prix including Bolton 5k, Lostock 6, The Trotters 5 mile, Horwich 6 mile, Haigh Hall 4 mile, Radcliffe 5k, Ramsbottom Summer mile, Pennington Flash 5 mile, Blackleach 5 mile, Worsley Woods Trail, Gin Pit Trail and finally the Last Drop 5k Trail.
No matter what level you run at every member counts in the Central Lancs Grand Prix as each runner taking part is awarded points.
