GET STARTED

Training

Whatever your run/fitness goals and aims BRR have a way to support you.

First and foremost BRR Members join for our friendly, safe, well structured, fun and effective run sessions (to get fitter) and races (for competition). Members join BRR of all abilities and running experience. At BRR our Members are never labelled slow or fast. We say as a Member it is our time spent running and supporting each other that is the most valuable resource. Below are the main links you need to access our training schedules and to understand the types of run on offer. It’s best for our Run Leaders (RLs) if they know who is attending training. We ask that you use the England Athletics platform/portal RunTogether to book on a run.
