Wellbeing Walks

Self led  wellbeing walks

Every Monday evening at 7pm there will be a self led wellbeing walk, helping people who may be recovering from injuries, tired or just fancy a chat.

These are not led by run leaders but by ourselves, decide on a walking route, pick a Monday, go to the Burnden app and enter it into the table below then invite others to join you.
