Sunday Long Training runs starts this weekend

Training week isn't over just yet here at Burnden, as on Sunday it is the start of our new group 'Sunday sMilers'.

Meeting every Sunday at different locations the group led by Burnden coach Andy Dunleavy intends to support as many members as possible in reaching their personal distance goals.

Our first run is this Sunday meeting at Rivington Lower barn at 9.30am, the group will then head out on the paths towards the Old Station Park off Chorley New Road towards Ridgemont along Chorley New Road. This will be an out and back run to the Bob Smithy pub. There will be different mustering points to ensure everyone keeps together and supports each other along the way.
