Training is on Monday an Wednesday evenings. We meet up at Smithills Sports Centre, Smithills Dean Road, Bolton on Mondays at 7:00pm and go out on a number of different runs. On Wednesdays we meet, again at 7:00pm, at Rivington and Blackrod School, Lever Park Avenue, Horwich. During the late autumn and winter months our training nights are generally based around a more structured effort session. All runners, whether fast or slow, are catered for. Why not come along and give it a try. Even if you just fancy a run but don't want to join, you will be most welcome.
